Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Write reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
- Execute and evaluate manual and automated tests and log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and provide feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
- Test Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and CPQ Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, project managers, and end users.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Stay current with test automation tools, Salesforce releases, and testing best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management is preferred.
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform updates and active Salesforce community involvement are preferred.
