Responsibilities
- Write and maintain reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and provide feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
- Execute and evaluate manual and automated tests and track defects through resolution.
- Troubleshoot software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, project managers, and end users.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional process improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and stay current with Salesforce releases and testing practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of QA experience with proven test automation expertise using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
- Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps practices.
- Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.
