Responsibilities
- Build and optimize C++ software components for smartphones.
- Collaborate with research teams on indoor-positioning algorithms.
- Evaluate algorithm implementations for impact and usefulness.
- Write and maintain unit tests for C++ SDK core libraries.
- Communicate component requirements and dependencies within the team.
- Work within a multidisciplinary agile product development team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial or equivalent-scale C++ software development experience.
- Fluency with modern C++ and associated technologies including STL, Boost, Clang, and MSVC.
- Understanding of scientific algorithm specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with a team to build quality software in an evolving environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science, Python development experience, graphics and visualization experience, and C++ mobile application development for Android or iOS.
