Responsibilities
- Integrate software components from internal development teams and third-party suppliers.
- Build and deploy applications in containerized environments.
- Configure networks and system environments for integration and testing.
- Execute functional, integration, and performance tests.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues with developers and system architects.
- Work hands-on with distributed hardware systems in laboratory environments.
- Support and improve CI/CD processes and deployment workflows.
- Maintain documentation for changes, incidents, and integration activities.
Requirements
- Degree or technical education such as HTL, FH, or university education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
- At least three years of professional experience in software development, software integration, or system engineering.
- Experience with distributed, fault-tolerant, and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with OpenStack, Docker, and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of the GNU Toolchain and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
- Experience with networking technologies and IP, TCP, and UDP protocols.
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies, tools, and automation pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Professional communication skills in both German and English.
