Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test strategies to address software quality assurance needs.
- Perform automated and manual functional, system, API, RESTful services, and mobile testing.
- Analyze functional specifications to define system functionality, prerequisites, risks, and test criteria.
- Record test results, report test execution progress, and make results available to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers and business system analysts to analyze and resolve defects.
- Develop load, performance, and stress testing plans.
- Drive test automation initiatives and advise colleagues on effective testing approaches and techniques.
- Resolve production queries with little or no support and guide junior team members.
- Escalate and mitigate risks and participate in test case review sessions.
Requirements
- Experience with Java and Selenium.
- Mobile testing experience.
- Knowledge of or experience with AccelQ.
- Experience with API testing and RESTful services.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control such as Git.
- Ability to understand requirements, clarify questions, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively in international teams.
- Ability to provide guidance on complex test cases and support junior team members.
