Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integration and test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
- Lead a small team of Integration and Test Engineers and serve as the program focal point for integration and test efforts.
- Perform manual and automated testing and support enterprise releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Analyze test results and root causes with development and test teams.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and senior Integration and Test Engineers on validation and verification.
- Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify engineering processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology, and potential problems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including SysML-based system models.
- Help create and maintain the test automation suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Preferred: active Security+ CE certification.
- Preferred: familiarity with Test Like You Fly, MBSE, MBT, SysML, Eggplant or similar testing tools, and Jira/Confluence or equivalent.
- Preferred: familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework and DevSecOps methodology.
- Preferred: familiarity with Java and C++ application software and proficiency in Linux.
