Responsibilities

Architect and develop modern, responsive web front-end applications for the iCUE platform.
Translate wireframes and design specifications into interactive web interfaces with UX/UI designers.
Partner with back-end and firmware engineers to define and consume APIs and data contracts for device communication and configuration.
Establish front-end coding standards, patterns, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, cross-browser compatibility issues, and accessibility gaps.
Mentor junior and mid-level front-end engineers.
Integrate WebSocket interfaces and REST APIs and support front-end tooling, build pipelines, middleware, or lightweight back-end services.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and contribute to collaborative development workflows.

5+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Deep hands-on React experience, including hooks, context, and component lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, web performance optimization, and front-end application development.
Experience with WebSocket interfaces and/or REST APIs.
Experience writing well-tested code using Playwright or similar tools.
Familiarity with Vite, CI/CD pipelines, Git, branching strategies, and pull requests.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred experience with Electron, Neutralino, IPC bridges, hardware peripheral software, lighting ecosystems, device configuration interfaces, and real-time data rendering.
