Responsibilities
- Support application development and related activities throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications across Azure and AWS.
- Build and maintain solutions using C#, .NET, Microsoft Bot Architecture, Terraform, and REST APIs.
- Monitor application resources, certificates, configurations, defects, and other application components.
- Create, implement, and monitor application changes and service records using ServiceNow.
- Develop, review, and implement production code and maintain solution design documentation.
- Investigate incidents and application issues, implement resolutions, and support vulnerability patching.
- Collaborate with development and operational teams to improve application stability, security, and performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET application development.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Architecture or chatbot development.
- Experience with application monitoring, configuration, certificates, and resource management.
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident, change, and record management.
- Strong troubleshooting, defect resolution, code review, production implementation, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of application support, vulnerability remediation, and software development practices.
- Experience in financial services, both Azure and AWS environments, enterprise chatbot or social media applications, and additional DevOps tools is preferred.
