Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, implementation, and deployment of full-stack web applications and resilient microservices.
- Build accessible, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Develop Java/Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, event-driven pipelines, and data persistence layers.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, indexing strategies, and ORM-based data access.
- Improve application speed, security, resilience, and horizontal scalability through profiling and optimization.
- Champion automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD automation, clean architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and platform architects on technical solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade full-stack web applications.
- Strong Java proficiency and extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
- In-depth React experience, including state management such as Redux or Context API and modern frontend build tooling.
- Experience building React-based Micro Front Ends.
- Experience with relational and non-relational database design, indexing, Hibernate/JPA, and ORM frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, system design, and security best practices.
- Experience with automated testing using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ability to own requirements from concept through production with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, maintainability, and clean-architecture skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
