Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous problems into buildable AI solutions.
- Map existing processes and identify areas for AI integration.
- Build lightweight scoping documents and ROI estimates.
- Design and build AI prototypes quickly using modern tools.
- Develop full-stack AI applications and own technical architecture.
- Iterate based on user feedback to achieve production-grade quality.
- Partner with AI Governance to validate and evolve prototypes.
- Document solutions for scalability and maintenance.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate progress effectively.
- Develop expertise in client workflows and regulatory environments.
- Build relationships with clients as a trusted AI advisor.
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare industry experience with hands-on operations.
- Proficiency with Claude as a development tool.
- Full-stack AI engineering capability to build end-to-end applications.
- Proven ability to prototype quickly from business discussions.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with healthcare executives.
- Maturity to participate in executive-level meetings.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into scoped AI opportunities.
- Quantitative fluency for ROI and impact measurement.
