Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions from experimentation through production.
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning models that deliver business value.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on AI solution design and implementation.
- Develop APIs and integrations to embed machine learning models into operational systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD, model deployment, and continuous-training pipelines.
- Apply MLOps and DevOps practices to create scalable, reliable, and observable ML solutions.
- Monitor production model performance, data drift, and prediction drift.
- Manage model versioning, retraining, rollback strategies, and the broader model lifecycle.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and adoption of innovative AI technologies.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams while working in Scrum and/or Kanban environments.
Requirements
- Experience developing machine learning and AI solutions.
- Knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle from data preparation through deployment and production operations.
- Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with MLflow, model registries, model serving, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with API development, containerization technologies, and distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
- Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and alerting practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data ecosystems such as Azure ML, Snowflake, and dbt.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban.
