Responsibilities
- Support as an expert AI architect in strategic enterprise engagements.
- Lead architecture workshops with enterprise customers to define their AI automation strategy.
- Advise customers on applied AI best practices.
- Build reusable technical assets for the broader field team.
- Develop and deliver technical collateral to establish thought leadership.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to feed insights back into the platform roadmap.
- Support global strategic accounts across various geographies.
- Architect and implement core subsystems of the autonomous CS agent platform.
- Design and build a Customer Knowledge Graph.
- Implement the confidence-based autonomy framework.
- Define and design infrastructure architecture for optimal performance.
- Establish evaluation frameworks for decision quality and learning velocity.
Requirements
- B.Tech/BE or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of total relevant experience in enterprise software architecture.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Integration Platforms.
- 2+ years of applied AI/Agents engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and building AI agent systems.
- Working knowledge of Python agent frameworks.
- Experience with graph database design and implementation.
- Practical experience with RAG architectures and hybrid retrieval.
- Understanding of evaluation and testing for AI systems.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering at production scale.
- Experience with observability for LLM systems.
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns.
- Deep working knowledge of APIs and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and security requirements.
