Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tooling for report generation and quality metrics.
- Integrate AI-assisted development workflows into engineering practices.
- Create scalable Python-based systems and automations using best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Drive tooling solutions that improve collaboration across teams.
- Participate in peer code reviews and technical design discussions.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software design and development of tools and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in building internal tools and test frameworks.
- Experience with AI-based code generation and developer tooling.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate stakeholder needs into tooling.
- Familiarity with test automation and validation tools for embedded firmware and application software.
