Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across systems or applications.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams and ensure software assets meet functionality, quality, cost, delivery, and customer expectations.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.
- Create an environment that promotes accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation.
- Support sales activities through solution design participation.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience, including experience with Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM.
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM.
- Understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience leading software development projects.
