Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, documentation, and release processes.
- Develop and deliver software features on time while meeting company performance and quality standards.
- Own delivery of complex application features and resolve key technical issues.
- Improve long-term code reusability and stability.
- Identify security and usability issues and formulate strategies to resolve them.
- Provide technical guidance, suggest development process improvements, and integrate new technologies.
- Prepare accurate personal estimates and follow the company estimation process.
- Deliver training, participate in knowledge sharing, and mentor new software engineers.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with a broad overview of the project.
- Ability to develop software features and resolve complex technical issues.
- Understanding of software development, testing, documentation, estimation, and release processes.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor software engineers.
