Base Salary

$190k - $319k/yr

Responsibilities

Ship meaningful product end-to-end by taking ownership of features and system improvements.
Contribute to technical direction through active participation in design discussions.
Uphold operational excellence by instrumenting services and improving system reliability.
Build for scale and correctness in ingestion and governance workflows.
Develop capabilities for trusted data, including health evaluation frameworks and observability.
Architect support for non-event data models to enhance customer governance.
Pioneer session replay-driven taxonomy to improve data tracking.
Own fullstack delivery across backend services and user-facing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ground decisions in real customer needs.
Participate in design and code reviews to foster team growth.

Strong fullstack engineering background with experience in distributed, microservices architectures.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and React) and/or Python, with AWS experience.
Operational mindset with experience in observability, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Customer-focused approach to connect work to customer outcomes.
Demonstrated engineering principles such as Bias for Action and Technical Ownership.
Clear communication skills for collaboration across stakeholders.
Domain experience in event analytics, data governance, or AI-assisted automation is a plus.
