- Strong technical judgment and experience in complex transactional systems.
- Ability to translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Experience in system architecture and scalable system design.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend engineering best practices.
- Interest in AI-augmented workflows and modern development practices.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas across teams.
