Responsibilities
- Serve as an AI expert and evangelist for Lorikeet’s customer base.
- Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment.
- Build and configure workflows in Lorikeet's AI tools to meet unique customer goals.
- Understand customers’ businesses and recommend innovative AI solutions.
- Work with the product team to represent customer needs and inform product strategy.
- Guide customers through technical implementation while building strong relationships.
- Solve complex integration challenges creatively and efficiently.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of client-facing experience in management consulting or technical implementation.
- Technical background or mindset, with experience in math or stats preferred.
- Strong project leadership skills with a track record of leading complex technical solutions.
- Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excitement about AI and experience tinkering with AI projects.
