Base Salary
$180k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions across multiple classification environments.
- Develop GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with security scanning, STIG compliance validation, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Create and maintain CloudFormation Infrastructure as Code for secure, resilient DevSecOps tooling across AWS environments.
- Deploy and manage automated Kubernetes or OpenShift infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Analyze Linux system and application logs, perform root cause analysis, and develop mitigation strategies for service degradation.
- Advise development teams on secure coding, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and ATO efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, IaC practices, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
- Certification satisfying DoD 8140/8570 requirements, such as Security+ or an equivalent certification.
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on Linux experience.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters through automation with Ansible, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab or an equivalent, and containerization.
- Experience with Helm chart development and STIGs is preferred.
