Responsibilities
- Define and influence the technical strategy for logging integrations.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data integration services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to create technical roadmaps.
- Conduct high-standard code reviews and implement engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Pair program with engineers to solve architectural and performance issues.
- Contribute to front-end initiatives to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Use modern observability tools to maintain system health and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Java and Go with a track record of delivering production-grade code.
- Deep understanding of public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering scalable distributed systems.
- Meaningful experience in Full Stack development with an interest in UI/UX.
- Deep expertise in SRE/Observability tools and practices.
- Strong communication skills to drive consensus and influence technical direction.
