Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods.

- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders while building and integrating effective teams.

- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Manage technical, contractual, financial, commercial, and people-related considerations.
Requirements
- Very deep understanding of software development principles and strong technical proficiency.
- Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to solve highly complex tasks and problems and make high-level technical decisions.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the market.
- Ability to build, educate, and integrate effective teams.
- Strong understanding of contractual, financial, and technical considerations.
- Strong commercial management skills and a high degree of ownership of people issues.
