Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector database integration, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Create unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate results, communicate trade-offs, and deliver systems that evolve into production applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- Visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
