Responsibilities
- Implement generative AI models and apply them to business problems and production solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements, objectives, hypotheses, and data-driven solutions.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities for product integration.
- Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and NLP techniques to improve generative AI model performance.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across data formats and sources for conversational, speech, and voice applications.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to generative AI development standards and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education and a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong experience developing and implementing generative AI models, including knowledge of GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning algorithms, neural networks, statistical modeling, and NLP.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms and services.
- Experience with NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, and software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills.
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field is highly desirable.
