Responsibilities
- Support and enhance SAP Concur Expense and Travel management systems, including application configuration and ongoing support.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and define customizations for Concur Expense applications in collaboration with business stakeholders and project managers.
- Develop secure, modular, functional, and testable software and integrations using SAP Concur APIs and Boomi middleware.
- Create Cognos reports and support data delivery services and boundary-system integrations.
- Contribute to software design, development, documentation, testing, methodology compliance, and resolution management.
- Communicate status and issues effectively, monitor estimates, and collaborate in a global environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience implementing and supporting Concur Expense.
- Strong experience configuring Concur, including custom fields, approval workflows, expense types, and audit rules.
- Strong experience using SAP Concur APIs and Boomi middleware to build integrations.
- Strong experience with Cognos reporting and data delivery services.
- Strong technical knowledge of REST API integrations, including mTLS and OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
- Knowledge of the Boomi integration platform.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI for reporting.
- SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting experience is a plus.
- Understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies, along with strong communication, collaboration, organizational, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
