Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end features with Go or Python backend services and React/TypeScript frontend experiences.
- Design APIs, data models, and service architectures supporting Merciv’s agentic AI capabilities.
- Create intuitive interfaces that make complex enterprise data actionable.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to bring AI-driven features to production.
- Own features through scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to refine the product.
- Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience as the team scales.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional engineering experience with meaningful frontend and backend work.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React, plus at least one of Go or Python.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern deployment practices.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped features.
- Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and use AI and agentic tools to improve processes.
- Bonus: experience with agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, or RAG architectures.
- Bonus: background in enterprise SaaS, retail technology, or data-intensive products.
- Bonus: familiarity with data visualization, real-time systems, or streaming architectures.
- Bonus: contributions to developer tooling, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation.
