Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features end-to-end using Go/Python for backend and React/TypeScript for frontend.
- Design APIs, data models, and service architectures for Merciv’s AI capabilities.
- Create intuitive interfaces that translate complex data into actionable workflows.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to implement AI-driven features.
- Own features through the full lifecycle from scoping to deployment.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand needs and refine the product.
- Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience in both frontend and backend.
- Proficient in TypeScript/React and at least one of Go or Python.
- Strong product instincts with a user-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Adaptable to evolving workflows and tools.
- Focus on quality while optimizing for impact.
