Responsibilities
- Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform.
- Lead projects throughout the entire project life-cycle.
- Define, design, develop, and implement custom software solutions.
- Work within an agile environment to understand client business processes.
- Develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems.
- Mentor and lead junior consultants during software implementations.
- Collaborate with client technical teams and business users.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Appian technical experience.
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Ability to define business processes and gather functional and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and SQL skills.
