Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable platform architecture with reusable standards, data models, schema designs, query optimization, and UX/UI best practices.
- Design, implement, and unit test integrations using SQL views, stored procedures, and high-concurrency REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks involving memory, CPU, network latency, database execution plans, system logs, and load-test results.
- Apply DevSecOps practices, automated testing, continuous integration and delivery alignment, and clean coding standards.
- Deliver hands-on technical consulting and enterprise platform integrations for global industry customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years of specialized enterprise web application development, delivery, and deployment experience.
- Hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade software applications in an agile delivery environment.
- Deep expertise in Python and SQL, with working knowledge of JavaScript or Java.
- Experience designing relational data models with SQL Server, Oracle, or MariaDB, along with custom APIs and middleware or ESB orchestration layers.
- Practical experience with web application infrastructure, Kubernetes containerization, DevSecOps concepts, Selenium, and performance or load testing.
- Preferred experience includes high-velocity cross-functional engineering teams, Generative AI integrations, LLM application pipelines, vector databases, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
