Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features to business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Optimize application configurations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Collaborate with multiple and cross-functional teams on integration, deployment, and key decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability and performance.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements while maintaining cross-system compatibility.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
