Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable AEM Sites solutions.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.
- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient solutions.
- Integrate Adobe Experience Manager with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and design.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AEM environments for performance and scalability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Contribute to key decisions across multiple teams and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience integrating Adobe Experience Manager with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical architecture and designs.
- Familiarity with web technologies, digital marketing concepts, and user experience best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
