Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, including issues involving cloud-based contact center integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements, implement best practices, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Amazon Connect is required.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Experience with AWS Architecture is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration is required.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms is required.
- Experience with release management and version control in packaged application environments is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
