Base Salary
$139k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications and agentic systems using ADK, LangChain, and similar frameworks.
- Build and manage multi-agent orchestration, tool chaining, and workflow automation.
- Implement input and output guardrails to support safe and compliant AI behavior.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and internal systems.
- Design real-time and asynchronous AI pipelines, including streaming and WebSockets-based systems.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Model Governance teams on model risk management validation and approvals.
- Lead AI solution delivery from concept through production deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and establish reusable AI engineering standards and frameworks.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, performance optimization, evaluation, and operational quality of AI systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of AI/ML engineering experience and 6+ years of overall engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with ADK, LangChain or similar LLM frameworks, and LLM/GenAI systems including RAG, agents, and tool chaining.
- Experience delivering production-grade systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of API integration, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, observability tools, real-time AI systems, and GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of AML systems, financial crime detection, or compliance workflows is preferred.
