Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, performant frontend applications across web and mobile app surfaces.
- Own complex frontend features from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Lead technical initiatives that improve stability, performance, maintainability, and developer experience.
- Build acquisition and conversion experiences including landing pages, registration flows, promotional surfaces, app entry points, and growth journeys.
- Contribute to React Native experiences involving acquisition, onboarding, deep linking, and cross-platform journeys.
- Develop reusable components, patterns, and frontend systems that scale across teams.
- Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, SEO, and cross-platform quality.
- Implement analytics instrumentation and partner on event tracking, attribution, experimentation, and reporting.
- Support CMS-driven content experiences and technical SEO including metadata, structured data, canonical strategy, sitemaps, SSR/SSG, and page performance.
- Support web-to-app journeys including deep links, deferred deep links, app install paths, and attribution-aware flows.
- Debug complex frontend issues across code, APIs, tracking, rendering, performance, and third-party integrations.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and influence engineering direction.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience building production-grade applications.
- Advanced proficiency with React.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Experience building reusable frontend systems and clean, testable code with modern tooling, automated testing, and release practices.
- Ability to integrate with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and other APIs or communication patterns.
- Proven ownership of projects from technical design through rollout and operational support.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and technical judgment skills.
- Ability to balance scalability, maintainability, performance, and delivery speed while handling ambiguous problems.
- Ability to mentor others and influence engineering direction without formal authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience includes React Native, mobile-adjacent development, deep linking, deferred deep linking, universal links, app links, CMS platforms, technical SEO, analytics implementation, CDPs, product analytics, experimentation, marketing attribution, SSR/SSG frameworks, micro-frontends, or multi-team frontend platforms.
