Responsibilities
- Build and customize ServiceNow ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer, including no-code configuration and pro-code scripting.
- Develop bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications for synchronizing states, comments, work notes, and attachments.
- Build and unit-test services and integration scripts using stubs and mock endpoints.
- Create reusable integration templates to accelerate partner and customer onboarding.
- Execute SIT and UAT test cases and investigate integration behavior through logs, message payloads, and HTTP requests.
- Monitor integration health, handle failed or stuck messages, replay transactions, and resolve integration issues.
- Support ShareLogic Unifi and ServiceNow upgrades through integration regression testing.
- Maintain integration documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–6 years of ServiceNow development experience with integration tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub, ShareLogic Unifi, or another eBonding or ticket-exchange integration platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow server-side and client-side JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, Scripted REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSD/WSDL, asynchronous messaging, and HTTP/HTTPS or SFTP protocols.
- Knowledge of authentication and security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Basic authentication, API keys, mTLS, and credential management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes, the ServiceNow data model, Automated Test Framework, and integration testing.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external technical teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience integrating with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or other ITSM platforms is advantageous.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is advantageous.
- Applicants may need eligibility for required U.S. Government authorizations because the role may involve access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
