Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
- Develop and manage integrations with DynamoDB and other data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality, and performant software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
- Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and software development best practices.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with additional AWS services, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, event-driven architectures, messaging systems, performance tuning, application monitoring, Linux, and Jira.
