Base Salary
$196k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for reusable, scalable systems across off-platform workflows and cleanrooms.
- Evolve core abstractions, testing, CI/CD, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Expand and harden integrations with external advertising platforms.
- Develop reusable query templates and optimize pipelines for cost and performance.
- Mentor engineers up to L5 and set code quality standards.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear phases with SLAs/SLOs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale backend/data systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and either Ruby or Go.
- Experience with data pipelines using DBT and Airflow.
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance practices in data workflows.
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent technical writing and stakeholder management skills.
