Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise-scale architecture and delivery execution across complex customer portfolios, aligning solutions with business strategy, transformation goals, and technology roadmaps.
  • Embed AI-native principles, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and data-driven execution into enterprise solution and delivery models.
  • Act as the primary executive technical interface for CIO, CTO, and CDO stakeholders and lead transformation roadmaps, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
  • Lead recovery and stabilization of high-risk or mission-critical programs with outcome-driven remediation plans.
  • Set engineering excellence standards covering architecture integrity, quality, security, resilience, performance, and compliance.
  • Drive reference architectures, accelerators, reusable patterns, paved-road platforms, DevOps, platform engineering, and developer productivity strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership for presales, deal shaping, estimates, risk profiling, executive narratives, and differentiated solution design.
  • Mentor senior and principal architects and influence talent strategy, capability development, and succession planning across Apps & AI engineering communities.
  • Guide secure-by-design, Responsible AI, privacy-first, governance, and regulated-environment architecture practices.

Requirements

  • 22+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture, including significant CxO-level technical leadership experience.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs across cloud, data, AI, and modern application platforms.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, scalability, performance, secure application design, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder influence, strategic solutioning, presales, complex pursuits, and translating business priorities into differentiated architectures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced certifications and industry recognition are preferred.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, technical credibility, decision-making, and outcome orientation.
