Responsibilities
- Support integration, validation, configuration, and rollout of software within a DevOps team.
- Evaluate security scans, open and update vendor tickets, and participate in security meetings with vendors.
- Perform quality assurance testing, software rollout, and release approval in the lab.
- Plan and execute validation and rollout activities in live systems.
- Support project-specific activities and participate in on-call duties outside normal work hours when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience working in DevOps environments and with automation.
- General knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools, including GitLab and test automation.
- Experienced knowledge of Linux.
- Basic IMS knowledge and familiarity with communication protocols such as SIP and RTP.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Willingness to learn cloud-native and Kubernetes skills if not already present.
- Experience with ticketing systems and analyzing and fixing operating-system security flaws are helpful.
- ITIL knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Understanding German is helpful but optional.
