Responsibilities

Own the engineering and integration layer for AI capabilities within the software delivery toolchain.
Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to identify and scope AI-driven innovation opportunities.
Prototype and validate LLM-based and RAG pipelines for business use cases.
Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features in CI/CD, observability, and developer workplace platforms.
Contribute to AI-driven developer productivity automation.
Ensure traceability, logging, compliance, security, monitoring, and reproducibility of integrated solutions.
Promote automation best practices and continuous improvement.

2–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background in AI integration and automation.
Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, containerization, Docker/Kubernetes, and APIs.
Experience integrating machine learning and generative AI components into production systems with emphasis on scalability, security, and maintainability.
Familiarity with enterprise tooling standards, data protection, and compliance practices.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related area, or proven relevant working experience.
Very good English proficiency and ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
