Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Translate business requirements into conversational and agent-based solutions.
- Configure agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, tools, actions, and generative orchestration.
- Configure Power Automate automations and integrate agents with Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise systems, and corporate data sources.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and improve agent accuracy, response quality, reliability, and overall behavior.
- Support solution deployment, maintenance, continuous improvement, and adherence to development, security, and quality practices.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams during requirements gathering, solution design, and project implementation.
- Identify Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases and prepare technical and functional documentation.
- At the Senior Analyst level, independently analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, contribute to technical reviews and implementation decisions, and share knowledge with less experienced team members.
Requirements
- Require 1–4 years of experience in software development, automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence, or related technologies, depending on role level.
- Require hands-on experience or practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including creating, configuring, and developing AI agents.
- Require knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and its automation and integration capabilities.
- Require familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
- Require understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, grounding, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Require ability to perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and document technical solutions.
- Require familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and professional English skills.
- Senior Analyst candidates additionally require proven Microsoft Copilot Studio agent implementation experience, independent solution design ability, experience with multiple knowledge sources, tools, actions, and integrations, and practical understanding of generative orchestration and agent optimization.
- Preferred qualifications include Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, REST API integrations, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, RAG architectures, multi-agent solutions, Power Platform governance, security, ALM, Azure DevOps, agent evaluation, monitoring, Responsible AI, and Microsoft Power Platform or Artificial Intelligence certifications.
