Responsibilities
- Lead software-related projects, including GenAI initiatives, from design through delivery.
- Own vulnerability, dependency, code-scanning, and secret-remediation efforts across Wiz, SVA/DVA, Dependabot, GitHub Advanced Security, and CodeQL.
- Identify, rotate, revoke, and prevent recurrence of exposed credentials and secrets in alignment with Concord security standards.
- Develop solutions to complex business challenges and recommend product, process, and service improvements.
- Create and maintain hardware and software systems using one or more programming languages.
- Provide technical guidance on complex problems and act as a technical lead across collaborating teams.
- Develop and monitor complex project plans and budgets.
- Track security findings, aging, and SLA compliance, and champion secure-by-design practices.
- Document processes, code changes, and project updates while communicating technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Support team culture, mentoring, and the growth of colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or similar advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of related software engineering experience.
- Mastery of one or more high-level programming languages, relevant technologies, development tools, and design techniques.
- Working knowledge of GenAI or agentic technology stacks, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and related tooling.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Substantial hands-on experience with security remediation, vulnerability scanning and management, dependency and code scanning, secret detection, and Concord security standards.
- Ability to drive high volumes of security findings to closure, prioritize remediation alongside feature delivery, and meet security SLAs.
- Demonstrated experience leading software projects and guiding teams through complex technical problems.
- Strong ambiguity management, facilitation, difficult-conversation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Prior team-lead experience is preferred.
- Hands-on GenAI experience with agent-based architectures or frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Experience mentoring team members and owning a security-remediation backlog end to end is preferred.
