Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI products covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training and inference, APIs, web applications, and observability.
- Develop full-stack applications using React, Angular, or Streamlit with Python/FastAPI services.
- Integrate sensor, robotics, manufacturing, smart manufacturing, and enterprise operational data into AI pipelines and decision-support systems.
- Design digital twin environments and 3D representations for fab layouts, autonomous mobile robot fleets, and tool stations.
- Integrate LLMs and agentic AI frameworks into manufacturing and engineering workflows.
- Develop robotics orchestration and 3D-aware AI capabilities for anomaly detection, route optimization, and predictive maintenance.
- Containerize and deploy AI, robotics, and 3D rendering services across Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud, on-premises, and edge environments.
- Manage GPU-accelerated inference and simulation workloads and optimize performance, cost, caching, batching, model quantization, and inference.
- Lead CI/CD, automated releases, monitoring, model evaluation, drift detection, lifecycle management, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance.
- Apply responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, auditability, compliance, and model-risk controls.
- Develop analytics and machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models for structured and unstructured data.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and drive software engineering practices across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is accepted.
- At least 8 years of experience building and shipping production web, software, machine learning, or AI applications end-to-end.
- Track record delivering solutions across software engineering, data science, robotics, manufacturing, automation, and infrastructure teams.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable AI applications, APIs, and data-driven production solutions.
- Expertise in Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, scalable software architecture, and SQL.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, cloud platforms, CI/CD ownership, distributed data processing, enterprise AI systems, and production AI operations.
- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, large-scale computing, GenAI, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, RAG, LLM integration, agentic AI, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Preferred experience includes semiconductor or advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, digital twins, GPU computing, cloud and edge AI deployment, robotics, AMRs, IoT sensors, ROS/ROS 2, Isaac Sim/Lab, SLAM, LiDAR, depth cameras, SCADA/FMCS/BMS, and mission-critical facilities.
- Preferred experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Gazebo, Unity Robotics Hub, Siemens Tecnomatix, Unreal Engine, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, ReCap, point-cloud processing, photogrammetry, Gaussian splatting, IFC, Revit APIs, imitation learning, domain randomization, and sim-to-real transfer.
