Base Salary
$130k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop custom features with the Neara SDK, TypeScript/JavaScript, and the platform’s declarative scripting language.
- Build visualizations, calculations, data analysis features, user interface elements, and integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Serve as the primary technical architect and trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
- Translate customer requirements into technical designs and implementation strategies.
- Lead customer training and workshops on the Neara SDK, APIs, and custom solution development practices.
- Lead configuration, reporting, and data integration efforts and collaborate with adjacent teams on customer-driven opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript development.
- Proficiency with Git, Node, npm, and terminal or command-line tools.
- Ability to rapidly understand and use proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs following the OpenAPI Specification.
- Experience designing and delivering custom technical solutions for enterprise SaaS deployments, ideally in consulting, software engineering, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Skills in data analysis, integration, and building tailored tools such as macros and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with both engineers and executives.
