Base Salary
$145k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end applications delivering AI and agentic capabilities to support staff and customers.
- Develop responsive frontends and robust backend services.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable application architectures.
- Collaborate with engineers to operationalize and reliably serve AI capabilities.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with security engineers to meet enterprise security, compliance, and availability standards.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a full stack developer with an AI focus.
- Proven experience building full stack applications from database through user interface.
- Experience using agentic coding tools productively.
- Proficiency with React, Python, and database technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML services and APIs.
- Familiarity with observability tools.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, version control, and CI/CD.
- Strong collaboration skills and a pragmatic, user-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of enterprise software security and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English.
