Responsibilities
- Perform basic job functions and entry-level tasks under close supervision.
- Assist experienced employees with assigned work.
- Communicate professionally through verbal and written communication.
- Perform basic problem-solving activities.
- Monitor and report assigned business-area measurements where applicable.
- Adapt to a corporate work environment and transition from college to professional work.
- Participate in skill-based training, projects, and assignments.
Requirements
- Be a 2026 graduate with at least 60% aggregate, or be awaiting final-semester results with no backlogs and a provisional degree certificate available at joining.
- Hold an MCA, MSc IT, BE, or B.Tech qualification in an IT, computer science, electronics, or related stream.
- Technical apprentices should have programming knowledge in PL/SQL or SQL.
- Electronics engineering apprentices should have knowledge of C, C++, Python, and basic microcontrollers, microprocessors, power electronics, or FPGA concepts.
- Electronics engineering apprentices should understand laboratory equipment such as DSO and multimeters.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills, logical and analytical thinking, prioritization, multitasking, willingness to learn, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of MS Office, basic Excel, and PowerPoint is an advantage.
