Responsibilities
- Design and architect the Orion GenAI Platform for scalable and efficient GenAI product deployment.
- Implement strategies and platform capabilities that accelerate the development and delivery lifecycle of GenAI products.
- Develop standardized technology stacks, reusable components, and best practices across projects.
- Abstract and manage technical complexity so application teams can focus on application-specific functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and integrate GenAI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with relevant GenAI experience focused on generative AI.
- Proven experience designing robust software architectures for large-scale platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development and delivery best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and testing methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, embedding models, large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI agents.
- Solid background in data engineering and machine learning engineering; Databricks experience is a plus.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Expertise in advanced Python for developing complex AI models and applications.
- Proficiency in web development technologies, particularly JavaScript.
- Experience with parallel processing and GPU/CUDA programming is nice to have.
- A master’s degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related field is preferred.
