Responsibilities

  • Design and architect the Orion GenAI Platform for scalable and efficient GenAI product deployment.
  • Implement strategies and platform capabilities that accelerate the development and delivery lifecycle of GenAI products.
  • Develop standardized technology stacks, reusable components, and best practices across projects.
  • Abstract and manage technical complexity so application teams can focus on application-specific functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and integrate GenAI solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of software engineering experience with relevant GenAI experience focused on generative AI.
  • Proven experience designing robust software architectures for large-scale platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development and delivery best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and testing methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, embedding models, large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI agents.
  • Solid background in data engineering and machine learning engineering; Databricks experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Expertise in advanced Python for developing complex AI models and applications.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies, particularly JavaScript.
  • Experience with parallel processing and GPU/CUDA programming is nice to have.
  • A master’s degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related field is preferred.
