Responsibilities
- Design efficient, scalable solutions aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Develop, test, debug, maintain, and troubleshoot PrismHR software applications.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, coding standards, and software development best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews, code and security reviews, and software quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to clarify requirements and create technical designs.
- Develop and consume APIs and support integration testing across systems and applications.
- Implement established DevOps processes, deployment procedures, and CI/CD practices.
- Help maintain application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with C# and object-oriented programming methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience with the ASP.NET Framework, including ASP.NET Core.
- 5+ years of experience with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks and component libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL database development, including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure serverless technologies, including Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
- Strong understanding of RESTful services, API development, and designing and consuming APIs.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, or other Agile frameworks.
- Preferred: additional hands-on Angular experience and experience with Azure API Management, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Services, and cloud-native Azure applications.
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and modern software engineering practices.
