Responsibilities

  • Translate global cybersecurity regulations and legal mandates into actionable technical specifications and engineering rules.
  • Optimize and scale Secure Product Development Lifecycle workflows across hardware, firmware, and software pipelines.
  • Lead end-to-end technical security evaluations, certifications, audits, and formal validation initiatives with engineering teams and laboratory evaluators.
  • Build automation frameworks, scripts, tooling, and agentic AI workflows for compliance tracking, evidence collection, and security verification.
  • Partner with Hardware, Software, Product Management, Legal, engineering, and executive teams on product security architecture and compliance readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in security engineering, product security governance, or secure development programs.
  • Extensive experience with secure product and system development lifecycle frameworks, risk management standards, and global security regulations.
  • Practical expertise in secure development lifecycles, threat modeling, risk engineering, and hardware and software security practices.
  • Ability to analyze system architectures, low-level firmware, and codebases against governance requirements.
  • Experience leading hardware, firmware, or software products through third-party security evaluations, testing, or formal validations.
  • Ability to write code and build automation scripts, AI workflows, or tooling for engineering and operational security tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Preferred experience with EU CRA, GDPR, FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, silicon security, microarchitectures, low-level firmware, embedded devices, accredited-laboratory validation, and relevant industry security certifications.
