Responsibilities
- Define target architectures and modernization roadmaps for SRM, EQMS, and Demand & Delivery.
- Make and document decisions covering application design, AWS deployment, multi-tenancy, integrations, data, security, and performance.
- Set technical standards for outsourced engineering partners, review designs and delivered work, and resolve technical risks.
- Translate customer and commercial commitments into designs, estimates, dependencies, and milestones and guide them through delivery.
- Build internal knowledge and technical capability to sustain the products independently of external partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrated architecture leadership for enterprise SaaS products using both multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment models.
- Strong hands-on depth in Java and/or .NET (C#) and the ability to assess designs in both technologies.
- Strong AWS experience and fluency with modern cloud-native architecture.
- Experience directing outsourced or partner engineering teams and owning their technical outcomes.
- High agency, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to challenge weak designs and lead with authority.
- Preferred experience with supplier management, quality management, supply chain software, or modernization of existing products without disrupting customers.
