Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants for development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Apply enterprise application design patterns and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot backend technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of API design and development.
- Experience with Git or comparable version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications.
- Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated results and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, enterprise application design, and stakeholder communication skills.
