Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack AI applications for HR use cases using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks.
- Build agentic workflows, orchestration layers, RAG pipelines, vector stores, embedding workflows, and observability and debugging tools for LLM applications.
- Integrate HR platforms including Workday and ServiceNow through APIs, microservices, authentication, and system integrations.
- Build backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and React.
- Translate HR stakeholder requirements into use cases, technical designs, implementation details, and working solutions.
- Monitor and optimize AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement AI solutions according to security, data privacy, fairness, ethical AI, and authentication standards.
- Collaborate with HR process owners, engineering teams, HR technical teams, and enterprise IT partners.
- Provide technical guidance on responsible AI adoption and evaluate emerging AI technologies focused on IBM watsonx.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains.
- Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript/Node.js, React, and cloud-native development using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, IBM watsonx, OpenAI, prompt engineering, RAG, agent memory, and MCP.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, vector stores, embedding workflows, LLM-powered skills, prompt templates, retrieval chains, and agent memory systems.
- Proficiency building secure REST and SOAP APIs and working with OAuth, authentication, API design, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Experience with JSON, JavaScript/TypeScript, JSX, React Hooks, SQL/Presto, Bash/CLI, and Dockerfile.
- Understanding of NLP pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, data engineering, RPA, workflow automation, and orchestration tools.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and integration landscapes such as Workday, ServiceNow, LMS, HCM, CRM, ERP, and case management systems.
- Experience building and maintaining agentic solutions with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, MCP, and CrewAI.
- Ability to convert conceptual requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
