Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable consumer lending applications for loan origination and servicing using .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
- Build responsive and accessible React user interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Create and optimize SQL Server data models, stored procedures, queries, indexes, and transaction handling for high-volume lending workloads.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate lending platforms including credit bureaus, payment gateways, and risk engines.
- Deploy and operate resilient, observable applications on Azure using App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring tools.
- Apply secure coding standards, automated unit testing, design patterns, and microservice principles.
- Troubleshoot production and performance issues across .NET services, React front ends, and SQL Server databases.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, quality specialists, and operations teams to refine requirements and deliver lending features.
- Conduct code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical walkthroughs.
- Prepare solution designs, API specifications, data flow diagrams, deployment guides, and other technical documentation.
- Estimate effort, plan tasks, track progress, and manage technical risks using agile methods.
Requirements
- At least four years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core Web API, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and object-oriented design.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server, including schema design, indexing, query tuning, and transaction handling.
- Proven experience building modern single-page applications with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Practical experience deploying and operating applications on Azure, including App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring solutions.
- Extensive consumer lending experience across origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections, with knowledge of compliance and risk considerations.
- Understanding of design patterns, microservice principles, and RESTful best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and document and explain complex technical decisions.
